Maintenance ended

We have been notified of an emergency maintenance window by an upstream network provider to repair a damaged fiber segment serving our Tampa facilities.

This work is preventative in nature and intended to reduce the risk of unplanned service disruption.

Blue Arctic will proactively reroute network traffic ahead of the maintenance window. Given our redundant network architecture, no service interruption is expected.

During the maintenance window, there is a low probability of transient latency or route convergence events as traffic is adjusted.

Our engineering team will maintain active monitoring throughout the window and validate full path stability once the provider confirms completion.
